5 star service, all the way !
Our central Heating and A/c stopped working this April, and I had really bad experience with the previous guy, who installed it in the first place. After a while , the system broke and they refused to fix it .
After a long search on Google, I was afraid to even call anybody.
The horrific experience I had with Air Breeze Inc. left scars.
Then I turned to YELP and found one business that stood out, with incredible record. All 5 stars reviews and some mentioned this guy Sergey.
This turned out to be the best call I ever made. It is all true.
He is very knowledgeable, right away tested the thermostat unit, and said it was faulty. I also suspected that. Then we went on the roof and he tested heating unit and A/c.
Sergey was pleasant on the phone, explained me what he would do.
He had a plan . He was able to come the very next day and fix the problem, he set-up a new thermostat , but just in case, we went back on the roof and checked the pressure. Because few years back we had leaking pipe. So he needed to make sure.
I explained to Sergey my ordeal with previous people and to my surprise not only did he offered to help, but he gave me hope. I was really afraid to call another guy who will charge for visit, so-called "service call" and leave without fixing anting. That is what most people face nowadays.
These guys are the BEST !!! Everything was fixed!! Me and my family can now breathe easily, because we were horrified of the coming summer without the working air conditioning unit.
We highly recommend HVAC CONTROL INC. Today it's quite difficult to find a company with integrity, that is reliable, honorable, and professional at the same time, and we found them.
