I asked Mr. Gowan of Hawaiian West Travel to help me find a Hawaii vacation package. Almost instantaneously, he provided me with detailed packages filled with pictures, descriptions and pricing. I could tell by all the different options he provided me that he knew Hawaii and vacationing there inside and out - like the back of his hand. He special tailored all the vacation options precisely to what I had told him I was looking for within my price range. Mr. Gowan is the epitome of superb customer service. I felt so taken care of, that is like he truly cared about giving me the very best Hawaiian vacation possible. I would not use anyone else to provide me with such a service as I completely trust his knowledge, capabilities and overall business ethics.
