I was referred to John with Hawaiian West Travel through a friend and I cannot rave enough about his level of knowledge of Hawaii and his overall customer service performance! My husband & I had never been to Hawaii. When I spoke to John and told him what we were looking for, he suggested the Turtle Bay Resort. It was absolutely beautiful! The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel was luxurious and clean. John booked our activities as well. We did Whale Watching one day, and Ocean Kayaking another day. Both companies he booked us with were professional, fun, and unforgettable. We had no problems with the vouchers that John e-mailed to me in advance.
This was a late honeymoon for us and it was everything we had imagined! Even the airlines didn't lose our luggage!!
We would like to thank John with Hawaiian West Travel for making our trip a most memorable one. And can't wait to have him book us again for our next visit!
