Worst experience ever. I've had some customer service nightmares but this is the worst by far. My coverage was altered almost immediately after it was issued (less than a week). I was still charged after I rejected the alteration and was repeatedly put on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time when I contacted Health Net. Everyone I spoke with refused to be helpful. When I asked for a supervisor (on multiple occasions) I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told I could not speak to a supervisor. Even when I requested to cancel I was told they could not cancel my account and then was charged another premium a week after my request to cancel. After more than 8 hours on the phone it has been impossible to reach anyone willing or able to help.
If I could give zero stars I would.
