I order from this company after watching a few reviews on the product. I placed a order of 29.99 to start with. I recieved a generic tracking order number following my order immediately. This tracking number came with no information and stayed that way. I contacted the company via email 3 times with no sucess. I then tried contacting the owner via her youtube channel again with no sucess. I also then tried leaving a comment with one of her youtube people, again no response. At this point I am hoping with the intervention of BBB and Paypal I can just get my money back. Worst experience with a company EVER. Heavenly.....I don't think so!
I have since received a email directly from the owner explaining that a death occured in August and they have not been able to send orders and have several unhappy customers. Although I did see this message on the page when ordering they did assure that they were back up in business.
The owner did say she refunded the amount immediately and the matter is now closed.
FINALLY NOTE: I just found out they have been giving that "death in the family" story since LAST YEAR. Any doubts? Check out the complaints on youtube about them.
