In Nov. of last year I purchased a curling iron from HerStyler from a kiosk at a local Mall. It burned my hand when I used it. When I purchased this product, I asked, if I don't like this, can I return it, I was told "YES." When I attempted to return the product the next day, I found out that they only exchange. The "EXCHANGHE ONLY" sign was not on display!!
The tactics used were extremely high pressure, they literally gave the products away. The salesgirl gave me the curling iron (retail $200) and 4 other hair products for $80.00 I simply want to return the product and I have tried to work this out. My last conversation with a representative of the company ended with her hanging up on me.
I can only warn folks - do not buy from this company at any mall or anywhere! They are completely disreputable.
