Incompetent and Immoral

Please STAY AWAY from this company. They haven't completed my criminal background check since mid-March. After 5 months incompetence their unreasonable excuses, my hiring company decided to go for another vendor to do the work HireRIght never completed. And finally I can start to work after 5 months waiting. In addition to the criminal background check, they also lied two times to cover their incompetence to my hiring company that they never received documents for academic and employment verification from me I forwarded proof of the email chains to my company to show they are lying. So much headache... HireRight! Your incompetence and immorality significantly affected my financial situation and job security. My hiring company is extremely disappointed too and they said they will never go back to your company.
