Terrible customer service

I returned some coffee mugs which were broken en route to HomeBello. HomeBello would not respond to phone calls from UPS or me in order to process an insurance claim so I am out $100. I had bought about $400 or $500 of dishes in all.
The products and prices are good, but I would not order from HomeBello again because of their poor customer service.
