Disappointing to say the least

I am a current Ideal client and the problem I have is the horrendous communication they provide. I rarely if ever write reviews. But I have tried for over 3 weeks to solve a levy that was erroneously put on my bank account and while the amount isn't very much, it's the stress and frustration that still exists and that Ideal is there to take away.
I have called over 12 times and never been returned a call even to say we received your call, we are working on it, etc. Now, I feel like I am bothering them by calling when all I am looking for is a response.
I am sure people dealing with the IRS and situations they find stressful look to Ideal to help. Especially after paying them with what little money I do have, for their protection.
