This company contacted me after two years regarding my 11/2008 complain of non-refund. In August 2010, I received a call from Nicolas Escalante. He apologized and explained that they just purchase the company and would like to refund my money and send me a complimentary ink. A month later, no refund check or complimentary ink was received. In the meantime, Mr. Escalante had file a report to BBB that he had corrected and resolved the issued. I followed up my complaint with BBB and told them that I never received the promised refund and complimentary ink. Couple days after the new complaint I received a checked from an unstamped enveloped. The enveloped has some scribbles regarding postage and forward of some sort. Anyway, I deposited the check only to be returned and my account charged with $29 returned fee. Isn't there a law for issuing bad checks?
