When I moved into our home, and we set up the appointment for our alarm, I did not understand that we were not going directly through ADT. I am so happy that we didn't because every time I do talk to ADT, there customer service people never understand my questions. Integrity alarms on the other hand, have been extremely nice and helpful. The installation of my alarm was very fast and the employee was nice, wore his badge, and explained everything to me and even helped me set up my pass code. I completely recommend the use of this company and have recommended Integrity Alarms to even our close family and friends.
