Not Always Trustworthy

I have placed several orders in the past with this company and haven't had a problem until now. Placed an order on 29 Dec 2020, it is not Feb 9 2021 and still have not received the order. Their claims department will not replace the product or provide me with a refund. All I get are updates saying their are investigating. It is obvious from the tracking data that the package never left Las Vegas. So the USPS is responsible. Its interesting that JM Bullion operates out of Dallas Tx, but their product ships from Las Vegas Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with this company
