I am finally fed up with them after there mistake caused ...Me to lose $997.44 in one month alone! I sent a wire and it was returned, even though the payment was made 4 days before the due date they never bothered to notify me and I found out when it was too late and my mortgage payment of $19,094.83 was late and had to pay the 5% late fee (I own an Apt. Complex) They have admitted they have made a mistake but haven't done anything about it yet. I may still have to take them to court, wasting valuable time just to recover what is rightfully mine.
