The idea for the product is great...BUT they don't allow refunds under any circumstances, even when you receive a faulty product.
The independent sales people are rude. The company is slow to respond to questions.

Jeunique is a wholesale manufacturer of high quality products. We are not able to give refunds, credits or exchanges on used merchandise. If there is an issue with a product the customer needs to contact the person who sold them the product.
