This place is horrible. It starts when the sneaky, chubby turd of a weasel Tony. He flops around until he gets to your car and offers you everything under the sun and every time you decline something he give you a look like your the stupidest person alive. You then sit in a cramped waiting room until they come in with your air filters that it looks like they body slam and try to rip apart before they bring them in. If you decline that he sits there for a minute and waits for you to reconsider.
That isn't the worst part. The worst part comes when you go somewhere else for your next oil change and find out the damage that they did to your car. I went down to the dealer for my next oil change and found out that they just stuffed the air filters back in place and almost damaged my car. Then I found out that THEY TOOK MY BRAKE FLUID CAP!! I have to get it replaced at the dealership and spend even more money. After finding that out I decided to never go back there.
Then today I got a coupon for a Jiffy Lube $19.99 oil change and I was thinking that I would go down and tell them to not take the filters out and it should be ok. When I got there and showed them the coupon everyone started freaking out, saying this doesn't start until tomorrow. They offered me $10 off to just do my oil change now. I couldn't help but laugh and drive off.
