Customer Service and professionalism a huge disappointment

I purchased three pieces from Jumpions last year! They delivered on time! Only issue was thy sent cheap stakes! They replaced some but not all the stakes!
This year I ordered two more pieces at the Iaapa show! They did not make the deadline! Never could get a decent response after 15 emails and 5 phone calls I finally got them to agree to a refund!
Big surprise it's been a week and no refund!
There excuse was they get 100 emails a day how can they respond to them all!
Very frustrating will not recoend them or purchase from them ever again!
