To Whom This May Concern;
Justin Ferreira was referred to us by a neighbor who had him do concrete work.
Not only did Justin provide outstanding work, he helped us design the project that we were unsure of and completed the job on schedule as per contract.
Justin left the project clean and free of all evidence of construction other than the outstanding result.
Justin’s work included filling the backyard with fill, leveling and compacting the soil, removal and replacement of the fence and building a retaining wall with a wood fence on top. In the front yard, he built three retaining walls and concrete steps.
