have been with then for almost a year, and the stress they have caused me aggravate my situation and pain levels. Cathy Wetzel never has my paper work I always have to fax info to them, she never returns calls or even takes calls. Atty Mr. Newman didn't even read my case file prior to deposition and I had to give him verbal discussion of what was going 30 mins prior to depo and I feel he did nothing to help me. This is dragging on. I don't get proper work comp benefits, or reimbursed for mileage, medications, or things needed that I have to buy for my home therapy. I've already got issues with my injuries from work and this company is aggravating my injuries and increasing my stress level. I seeked an atty for help, my mistake for looking in phone book. Also, when you do ever get to speak to someone I get over talked and cant ask my questions, they will do least possible to help me out. I thought attys were supposed to help and fight for my rights, I didn't ask to get injured at work, and not be able to provide for my family anymore. Its very depressing that I cant take care of my young kids, myself, etc,, is atty office gonna pay my bills and support my family??
Resolution Sought: have state bar visit company and see how they run things and how there office looks like a public storage, they need customer service training, attorneys if that's what they are need to read cases prior to depositions instead of asking client for info because they didn't read file and files not complete. They need alot of help or need to be fined or shut down.
