Thought Kevin Jewelers at Del Amo mall in Torrance would treat me right as referred to them by a friend. I was quoted a price in person on an upgrade with a trade in on a ring purchased previously at their store. I called to verify the price discussed one week prior and went to the store to purchase the agreed upon ring. The same salesman quoted a much higher price and indicated he should never have quoted the original price to me in person the week prior. This is classic bait and switch and really unprofessional. I would advise that you never shop at this location.
