TERRIBLE place. Unprofessional, insinuators, shady, pushy, bad communication skills. Stay away. Go to CAR-MAX, Honda, Nissan or North Hollywood Toyota. Keyes Toyota at Van Nuys is an embarrassment to the name "Toyota". Minus stars had the option been there.
