Worst customer service

Was in car wreck and car was totaled and told them my car insurance would pay majority of my loan and my gap insurance would pay off the rest. Was month past due and told them I wasnt going to continue pay my loan because cant drive my car and both car insuance companines would be off loan. KINCECTA had no sympthany what so ever and customer service reps are rude. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH KINECTA.
