Now I never write a review about a company because it takes so much time, I felt entitled to do so this time. To start my dilemma, I purchased a ring from another jewellery store that begins with K three months prior to my wedding. I took the ring in to have it resized for my fiancé and was told how much it would cost to do so and decided to wait a month prior to have it done. Went back to have the procedure done, paid for it only to find out two and a half weeks prior to the Big Day that they could resize the ring from a size 7 to a size 3.5. I was very disappointed and started calling other well know jewellery stores and received the same answer that it could not be done. Very worried, I searched online and came across kingofjewelry.com. I looked through the wedding bands and found a perfect one and it can be made in her tiny size. I was a little skeptical because it was online and across the US. I decided to take the chance because I was running out of time. Well the customer service was awesome by calling to confirm my shipping address and promising to have it in time. The ring arrived in no time and my fiancé tried it on to see if it matched her engagement ring and it was PERFECT! I am so pleased with this company and I just want to thank them for SAVING MY WEDDING! Highly recommended!
