With all due respect, your account of the situation is leaving out some substantial facts. The door samples were shipped via Fed-Ex and delivered to the address you typed into our system when ordering, left at front door. Upon notifying you of this, you looked back at your order and realized you made a mistake while ordering, by entering your old delivery address. Last we heard from you, you indicated you would drive over to that address and pick them up. All of our attempts to follow up on the situation since via email/phone call were not returned by you. Also, for the record, we do not require signatures of Fed-Ex small items, only complete cabinet orders, because many people are not home during the day, and it makes it more difficult to receive these items. It has nothing to do with shipping cost.
