The customer is always wrong or atleast a liar

My wife just took her Rav4 in for service and after a less then plesant discussion with the service writer about a missing cabin air filter returned home to inform me of her poor experience. Not being one to take crap in a world were the customer is no longer treated with respected I called and spoke to the assistant service manager who after a coversatation that went very side ways BEGAN To REPEATEDLY CALL ME A LIAR because i had forgotten that twice in six years i had taken the vehicle to valvaline for an oil change and not just to kool or performed it myself. I know this all sounds crazy and disjointed but I am still trying to figure out at what point is it professional to call a customer a liar.Took me back to my grade school days.
