My experience was at the Kriza location at the Topanga Mall. There's a revolving door of "stylists" and their customer service leaves much to be desired. After they replaced my stylist and colorist earlier this year, they lost my patronage. Against my advice not to go to this salon, my sister went in to have her hair colored a few days ago. Although she specifically told the stylist/colorist she didn't want a reddish/orange shade, that's exactly what she got. After voicing her dissatisfaction, they offered to fix the problem. She went back a day later, but again they failed to do a proper color correction. When my sister asked for a partial refund they refused. If you care for your hair and value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs!
