I have been buying printer cartridges from LD Products for several years and have been very satisfied with their product, having had no problems.
On Saturday, I put an LD cartridge in my Epson printer and the printer refused to recognize it. Another LD cartridge of the same color from the same batch worked fine.
I called LD's toll-free phone number and explained the problem. Daniel promised to send me a replacement. The replacement arrived in the mail on Wednesday.
I am very pleased with LD's products and customer service.
