Laptop battery returned for warranty replacement

The laptop battery for my T42 was purchased in early march. It failed less than one month later. I sent an email requesting an RMA for return and it was received 3/7/12. I sent it back and they received on 3/20/12. They tested it and found it defective. According to their own RMA tracking it was supposed to be replaced and sent to me. After numerous calls I was unable to leave a message because their voice mail inbox was full. Don't know what the problem is, but don't expect any replacement. Good luck.
