I recently changed my exterminator to Larry's and am very glad i did. I had been calling around out of the phone book for estimates, I had only called 3 or 4 companies when i called them. Imidiatley I was impressed with the secretary on the phone, she was great! I had some questions about thier services that she couldn't answer so she put me on hold, then i got the manager. The manager was very informative & honest, she even told me how i could easily take care of some of the problems myself to save some money. I found thier scheduling a little difficult at first, however that is the only problem i have had. There were no contracts, thier prices are comparable to the others I had called & the ladies have been very easy to work with & have even helped me with payment arrangments when i needed. The company is very small, family owned & operated here locally & that is important to me. They have been great.
