Almost criminal....

Here's follow up to the Lauren Fine Furnishing's in Albuquerque debacle - On Monday I call for Michael (of Lauren) to follow up on the order. Michael is their inventory person. I was told he was doing inventory and would call me back that evening. No Call.
I call them back and was told he'd call me no later than 10am the next day (Tuesday). No call until 5:40pm. He told us he had tracked the package and it would be delivered Wednesday. Of course, he'd call us. No call. Wednesday night we call and he says it's
on their truck that it will be in on Thursday. Of course, he will call us. No call. Friday 1pm we pay Lauren Furnishings and Michael a visit. Michael comes from the back room....IT'S A MIRACLE! It was JUST delivered! In fact, while we were standing there it
was delivered. He hands us the package (mistake) and we depart. Just because of who I am I get home and track the package....it was delivered exactly a week earlier. YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING! They sat on the package a WEEK and lied. I can't imagine Lauren
Fine Furnishing will remain in business when they lie, screw up repeated orders, don't return calls, make promises they can't/won't keep and just don't care. There hasn't even been an apology! I won't do business with them and I hope you won't either. They
don't deserve your trust and hard earned money.
