I too paid money and now am out $2,000.00. I partially blame BBB since they had rated him A+ and I want my money back. I filed with the BBB who didn't do much except change his rating. I filed with the attorney general and received a packet saying to file a complaint with the state bar.... We all need to file with the Attorney General of Calvin AND State bar. If we make enough noise maybe both agencies will help us. I am looking into hiring an attorney. I agree, this man needs to be stopped and the more noise we make as a group, maybe someone will listen to us.
