DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I contacted them to modify my mortgage. They promised me that they could reduce my payment by about $300 per month. I was assured at the beginning of the process that if they could not modify my mortgage, then the retainer fee would be sent back. Well, they could not modify it, and waited a month to tell me the truth. Then, when I told them I wanted my money back, they said they don't do that. I have already filed a complaint with the Florida State Bar and have not heard back yet. My advice, do not use this company for ANYTHING. They are just out to steal money
