Unprofessional Office Staff, Rude and Condescending

I had been dealing with some very unprofessional and rude staff from this law office, one named Ruth who I believe is the intake mgr and a few others, [I didn't catch their names by phone] these past few months. Below is the phone number that was called -1-818-996-7301 NCL
I feel that they were very short and condescending towards me on the phone when I have very direct question and concerns regarding some health information that they want me to send to your office.
I attempted to explain to the law office that I have concerns about sending private health information without signing any formal documentation that my information will be protected to where it is being sent and explained I did not feel comfortable sending it, as I assume a law office would send me some formal intake documentation/release of info to fill out and sign and return.
After calling again several days later, and being talked TO AGAIN in a UNPROFESSIONAL manner by one of their office staff[ who by the way knew who I was despite I did not give my name], I asked to speak with the intake mgr, who was named Ruth, and she stated that they have emailed me the intake information on two separate occasions, I tried to explain to Ruth that I have not received anything, as I wasn't implying that they did not send it, I just was trying to explain I've never received it.
And instead of this office mgr Ruth trying to accommodate me or help me resolve the issue, and possibly suggesting sending me another email as sometimes emails do not reach their destination, Ruth stated to me on the phone in a very disrespectful and condescending manner "its not my problem, we sent it to you 2x, check your spam".
I then asked Ruth to speak with the lawyer Mr. Koorosh and she stated "he doesn't do intake' and "no, you cant talk to him!" I reassured her that I was not looking to speak with you regarding intake, I had other questions before I move forward she stated "no".
Ruth also stated "if you don't want to send your medical documentation then you can find another lawyer' instead of her helping me resolve my concerns, this is the response I received from her?
Regarding this lawyers website, I read the title header, which states...
"We treat the client right" and also your personal web page states "Compassionate Los Angeles County Injury Attorney"
I would hope that these statements ring true for your law firm,
and involve all of the personnel of your firm and the way they treat potential clients.
Absolutely stay far away from this law office, if this is how they're treating potential clients I can only imagine how the lawyer would handle the case. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but the site would not allow me to do so. I hope in the future this office staff get their professional attitudes in place, because this is a refection on the lawyer losing potential clients. Absolutely atrocious experience!
