I have been working with these guys scents October 2009 to get them to help us do a modiforcation on our mortgage loan. It is a VA loan which from the begging I was told they could do without any problems. Then after they got my money and a few months later they came back saying that Va loans didn't have that option. I went to do the research for them and found that it was and later had to go to court with only a letter from them telling the judge that I had hired them to help us without Citi Mortgage wanting to do their part. After the court date and I had gotten the judge to give us more time and dealing with this the only thing they done after that was drop my case because I had spoke to the lender myself after nothing was being done on there end. They closed our file and refused to help us, So watch out they will rip you off. $3500.00 down the drain and no home. You could be the next=t one without a home if you hire them. Buyer beware. Other company's will help for free. HOPE is a company I should have went with.
