I too had bad experiences in the past. Thankfully the entire team was replaced and the new people have actually changed my opinion of Sierra Dental. I not only had virtually no waiting time, but all of my expenses were discussed BEFORE my treatment. Yay no surprises at checkout!! Dr. Jaime seems more focused on her patients and made sure all of my questions were answered. The ladies in the front were very nice and helpful. I don't know why but I too am glad that Christine is gone. They should however, update their website....Bad publicity with her still on the website.
