The WORST experience ever!!! Ordered a dress on August 8, 2012. As of September 6 I haven't receive my item nor a tracking number for it. Sent few e-mails and left many voice messages. They never returned my phone calls, but in an e-mail they said that the dress shows as shipped but when asked about the tracking number they couldn't provide one...They NEVER sent my order!!!...As of today I'm contacting MasterCard to get my money back since I never received the dress I ordered...BAD costumer service..or should I say...NO SERVICE at all!!!STAY AWAY!!!
