This was the worst experience I've ever had ordering dresses. As the other reviewer stated, you cannot contact them after you have made an order. I emailed TWICE and got NOTHING. I tried the number, and only got a recording that gave you NO option for a human and just said to visit the website and email. I ordered my dresses WEEKS ahead of time and said I needed them by Dec. 1. I got a confirmation and I was charged, but nothing about shipping. As the event got closer I emailed, but received no response. Then, out of the blue I got an email from USPS saying my delivery was guaranteed by Nov. 30, and to contact the seller if I needed to correct anything. (Yea, right!) Nov. 30 came and went, and nothing was delivered. Now I have a note on my door on Dec. 1 saying that USPS tried to deliver, but no one was home to accept. Yes. We were busy where we needed to be with those dresses!
Terrible service. I will never shop here again and want to warn others to stay away. I haven't seen the dresses yet so can't attest to their quality. Since it's a Saturday, they aren't even available for me to go pick up until Monday.
Sidebar: I got ANOTHER confirmation email yesterday saying my dresses were coming--but to another woman with an address in Texas. (I don't live in Texas...) So I basically got the name and address of a woman in Texas also expecting dresses. Nice. Glad I'm not some kind of creeper.
Baaaaaad business. Stay away!
