Flower girl dress

I ordered a Flower Girl dress over a month ago and still have not received it. The wedding is 3 weeks away so we had to buy another dress. I have called and sent emails. The emails come back, Thank you for your inquiry, Little Miss Princess will respond to your email in the order received. That too was over a month ago. I called three times only to get an answering machine telling me to send them an email. They took the money out of my account as soon as I placed the order. No hesitation on that! I really wish I had done more investigating on this company before I place my order, but since I didn't along with many others, why can't something lea gel be done to these people, so no one else can get caught in this scam! I guess we need INTERNET police watching over people like this.
