Do not order from Little Miss Princess

They brag about their excellent customer service! I'm beginning to think that they have no customer service. The phone number listed is a recording telling you to email. Their return email says that they will respond to your email in the order received. I ordered three dresses for the flower girls at my son's wedding. They didn't even send one of them although the shipping slip said that it was included. I ordered the dresses in November, 2012. I received them in January, 2013. I sent the first email the day that the order arrived Incomplete. I've emailed many times with no success. The wedding is three weeks away. All I can do to have a chance is order another from this horrible company. So afraid it won't arrive either. What can be done to make this company accountable?
