Dress was just as expected

I read the reviews after ordering my dress from Little Miss Princess and immediately became concerned. Their lack of contact information and unresponsiveness to emails only heightened my anxiety.
But, to their credit, I received my dress within the time specified (8-10 business days - was received on day 9) and the dress is exactly what I wanted.
I noticed the reviews were mixed on this site, either wonderful or awful. I only felt it was fair to the company to post a positive review.
PRO:
Dress was exactly as pictured, excellent quality, arrived when promisted
CON:
Lack of communication/responsiveness from company
