Lovelady Diamonds, in my experience, is the best diamond shop in Los Gatos. I've been to Teel's, the Belgian Diamond Source, and Yellow Brick Road - in terms of quality of service and peace of mind, this place has got 'em beat hands-down.
The proprietor is knowledgeable, friendly, and direct. The place feels more like a workshop than a sales room floor, which I certainly prefer. I thought I'd be paying to drop off a ring overnight for a cleaning; instead, he did the work immediately, right in front of me, FOR FREE.
And he's obviously found his passion. I trust this guy to do the best work, in the shortest time, and most importantly, to do it honestly.
