BEWARE: She told me the product was All Natural. I told her my face was sensitive. She gave me a free facial. I wasn't going to buy it because the receipt said No Refunds. I asked her if I could return it. She said we don't usually do that, but I've never had anyone return it, so I'll give you my address & ph# so you can, because I'm not here all the time. She said she would be there for me. She wrote her information on the company receipt with the product's name & the amount of $395.07. I asked her how long I had to return it, and she said 30 days. I signed my credit card receipt, and she stapled the credit card receipts on top of the company receipt. When I got home, my face itched & burned, but it was too late to return it. I looked at the receipt to call her. There was no address on the company receipt. The address on the credit card receipt was the wrong mall & no ph#. She kept the company receipt she had her address & ph# on. The one I had said no refund exchange only & is not the corrected copy. I contacted my bank to get a ph#, but they didn't have one & said I had to return the product before they did a dispute. I called the mall & finally talked with her, she said she had to talk with her partners. She said she didn't care about the 30 days return because there is exchanges only. Then she said, even if she said that, she wouldn't admit it because she would have to pay for it. I asked her for an address. She said if she gave me one, I would be without the product & without the money. I haven't opened the product. I looked up the ingredients on line, it's not all Natural. She won't return my ph.calls & has Moved from the mall. I think I could have done better if I would have checked the receipts before I took the product. Now my bank says they won't do a dispute because the receipt says exchange only and they don't deal with that. Now I have a product I won't use and she would exchange only anyway if she did contact me. I don't like being told one thing and then buying the product to find out it's not what I was told. Either, a natural product or a return policy.
