This company is deceiving, claiming to have a verbal contract over the phone when in fact I clearly stated 'I don't want it' meaning their discounted extention. I called about the additional charges when I noticed them which was about a month after they initially began extracting them from my account. Their explanation is that my statement referred to the discount and not the extension, this is plainly a play with words, of course they refused to cancel. I certainly hope this company will be audited by the U.S. government, as the consumer doesn't need people like these.
