Very friendly employees, eager to help. I had a big shipping problem and they packed it up for me with no labor charge, and did not even charge me for the tape they used to close the box. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and fair..
I like the fact that you can see every one's prices, and that they take the time to explain the differences to you. The way I was going to ship my stuff would have cost me $30.00 more than I paid, and I would have had to pack it all.
The only thing I see as a down fall is the people waiting in line to pay bill's. Some of them are very rude towards the employees, and need to learn how to wait their turn. One man was yelling fowl words and the owner came out and asked him to stop. He just got much worse and she then had to make him leave by backing him out of the store. Good job to her for standing up for her employees..
