I was very nervous taking my 1996 Nissan Altima to Master Tech because of all the times I have been taken advantage of at other mechanics. Both the receptionist, Trish and the owner Ari were very professional. The first day I stopped by the office was very busy, as it was the day before the Christmas holiday and it was snowing heavily but they were still very patient and friendly. When I dropped my car off after the holiday break Ari listened to what I had been told was wrong with my car and my own concerns. He repeated them back to me as to not have any confusion or mis-communication. When I picked my car up less than 24 hours after giving them the ok to fix it Ari personally went over what was repaired and what he recommended for future repairs. As I was driving home I noticed how well my car was running, and even how a small concern was repaired that was not included in the bill.
I do not have alot of money to spend on car repairs. Their prices are reasonable and well worth it.
As with many people I know I have always been a forever sceptic when it comes to mechanics but Master Tech Auto Repair just might change that.
