I really regret doing business with them. At one point they lost some of our important paperwork. Even worse, they blamed it on us rather than taking responsibility for their negligence.
The last straw was when we were billed over $600 for services and fees that we never agreed to. When we tried to get our money back, they started ignoring our calls and letters. It's really sad when people resort to such tactics rather than making money in an honest and ethical way.
