Matsco performed unauthorized transmission work when I had specifically told them that I would get back to them when I was quoted a price for repairs.
I took my car to this company to have them look at my transmission. They wrote up a preliminary receipt of what it would cost$500 to pull the transmission out and to look at the transmission and to see how bad off the transmission was.
Then I contacted them the next day to see how much repair it was actually going to require. What they said was that not only did I need a new transmission$3500. but they also said that I needed to pay them $200 more if I wanted my car back .
I wanted a copy of all the work itemized receipt and they refused .
now going to try and get my car back and see
