Though we did not purchase a vehicle here we had the worst experience trying to. It seems they played the BAIT and SWITCH to a tee. Offering the vehicle at a price one day, then when we agreed about a half hour later we were told another person had put a deposit but still wasn't cleared by the bank for financing. Meanwhile receiving calls from the same dealer but different employees stating that the vehicle is indeed available. When we finally confronted everyone with the situation several days later we were told the deposit made by another will be cancelled and we should come in and finalize on our original deal. When arriving to the dealer the deal changed about 4K more then originally set. This is a Mercedes Benz dealership. No one is immune to these economic hardships, but it's similar BAIT & SWITCH tactics like these that got us into these hardships in the first place. Shame on you MB of Cutler Bay
