So I take my car in for a regular service and a month and a half later I start to have major problems with my brakes. My car is doing things it has never done before and I am convinced it has something to do with my last service, everything was fine before then. Well, my service advisor Tony took his time to explain to me exactly what was going and why. Considering that my car is a 2000 I came to understand that it was just time for certain parts to be replaced. The service department at Mercedes Benz of Encino was so great, they worked with me to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible; at the lowest possible cost.
