Hello, my name is Michael Lee and I can finally make a very positive statement about Meredian Financial Corporation as they have changed management and have made me a satisfied customer. They have a new management team which has as their main goal to satisfy each and every customer.
I had a problem with their mortgage loan department in which they where making me promises that they did not keep. This happened around 1/5/10. I was told that I would receive money back for a rate lock and I did not receive it. I made a complain with the BBB and nothing was done to help me.
During the end part of July, they contacted me and apologized for the way I was treated and said I should have never been treated that way. They told me that they had made some changes in personnel and that they wanted to change their image to one that is helpful to all people.
They refunded the money that I should have received and made me a happy customer. They did not have to do this, so I can honestly say that this company is legitimate in wanted to make every customer that they do business with happy. They are a company now that anyone can do business with and you will be treated with respect and as a valued customer.
You can look my name up and see that I file a complaint with the BBB.
I am a fair minded person that believes that everyone deserves a second chance. This company has learned their lesson and now is a great time to do business with them in getting a new mortgage or refinancing your existing mortgage. Please give them a chance as they have made some serious changes in the way they treat their customers.
