Be Wary

This company will promise you the moon and deliver much less. They made several offers on a property that I own, before I agreed to a price and signed a contract. According to the contract, they have 15 days to inspect the property. On the 14th day, agent David DuBois called saying that he had tried his best, but could not get them to accept the price on the contract. I told him that we had been down this road before even signing and asked why they even bothered with the offer. He came up with an off the wall story which did not match what he told me on previous conversations. I would steer clear of this company as they seem to be looking for people who are desperate enough to sell to give them the deal of a lifetime. They are not to be trusted.
